Brad Oberhousen is the founding attorney of Oberhousen Law Firm, PLLC, in Ridgeland, Mississippi. Since founding the firm in 2005, he has dedicated his practice exclusively to defending clients facing criminal charges throughout Hinds, Madison, Rankin, and Copiah Counties and the surrounding areas.

A native of the Tri-County area, Brad brings more than two decades of courtroom experience and a deep understanding of the local courts, prosecutors, and law enforcement communities. His practice encompasses a broad range of criminal matters, from misdemeanors to serious felonies, including drug crimes, DUI/DWI, sex crimes, domestic violence, violent crimes, white-collar crimes, and federal offenses.
